Formerly RealTime…</description><category/><location>Saint Paul, MN</location><media:description type="html"><![CDATA[<p><strong>Executive Director | Stratasight</strong>  </p><p>Stratasight, Minnesota’s independent, nonpartisan hub for workforce data and cross-sector collaboration, is seeking its next Executive Director. Formerly RealTime Talent, Stratasight helps employers, educators, workforce partners, funders, and policymakers use credible, localized labor market insight to build a stronger, more aligned, and opportunity-rich Minnesota workforce.  </p><p>Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will provide strategic, operational, and external leadership for the nonprofit organization with a team of approximately four staff, contracted support, and an annual operating budget of approximately $1M. Following Stratasight’s 10-year anniversary and recent brand and strategy refresh, this leader will guide the organization’s next chapter by strengthening its role as a trusted connector and translator of workforce data, deepening employer and partner engagement, sustaining funding, and deepening the organization’s impact.</p><p><strong>The Executive Director will:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with the Board to define and execute a multi-year strategy that strengthens alignment between Minnesota’s talent supply and employer demand.  </li><li>Build and lead the organization, including staffing, structure, funding, partnerships, metrics, and operational execution.  </li><li>Own Stratasight’s data strategy, tools, training, and technical support, while appropriately leveraging artificial intelligence and analytics to expand impact.  </li><li>Grow relationships with employers and industry partners while supporting education, workforce, funder, and policy audiences with practical, nonpartisan insight.  </li><li>Serve as Stratasight’s primary public voice and thought leader, communicating the organization’s mission to advance human-centered, equitable workforce opportunity statewide.  </li></ul><p><strong>Ideal candidates will bring:</strong></p><ul><li>Executive-level leadership experience in a mission-driven organization, with the ability to set strategy, drive results, and lead through influence in a small, nimble environment.  </li><li>Experience working across public, private, philanthropic, education, and workforce sectors, with strong private-sector fluency and business development capability.  </li><li>Fundraising experience with philanthropic and public funders, along with a commitment to preserving Stratasight’s independence, rigor, and nonpartisan credibility.  </li><li>Familiarity with labor market dynamics, workforce and economic development, change management, continuous improvement, and data-informed decision-making.  </li><li>Strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, cross-cultural awareness, and a leadership style grounded in collaboration, relevance, integrity, and opportunity.  </li></ul><p>A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required; an advanced degree and human resources or public policy credentials are preferred.
